研究目的:

(1)探讨IMH手术前后视敏度与固视稳定性之间的相关性; (2)探讨IMH手术前后 微视野检查指标与BCVA之间的相关性; (3)探讨OCTA的各项指标与BCVA之间的相关性; (4)探讨OCTA的各指标与微视野检查指标的相关性。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) to explore the correlation between visual acuity and fixation stability before and after IMH surgery; (2) to explore the correlation between microperimeter examination indexes and BCVA before and after IMH surgery and BCVA; (3) explore the correlation between various indicators of OCTA and BCVA; (4) explore the correlation between OCTA indicators and microperimeter examination indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

所有患者均经病史、间接检眼镜及OCT(型号)诊断为IMH,术中观察并鉴别黄斑裂孔。

Inclusion criteria

All patients were diagnosed as IMH by history, indirect ophthalmoscope and OCT (type). Intraoperative observation and differentiation of macular hole were performed.

排除标准:

(1)屈光度≥-6D的高度近视所致MH;
(2)外伤性或继发于其他眼底疾病的MH;
(3)角膜白斑、糖尿 病视网膜病变、药物不能控制的青光眼等其他影响视 力的眼部疾病;
(4)MH视网膜脱离;
(5)既往有玻璃体切除史;
(6)OCT成像质量差,致使某些参数无法进行测量;
(7)初次手术后未闭合的病例。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) MH caused by high myopia >= -6d;
(2) MH with traumatic or secondary fundus diseases;
(3) corneal leukoplakia, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma that cannot be controlled by drugs and other eye diseases that affect vision;
(4) MH retinal detachment;
(5) previous vitrectomy history;
(6) OCT imaging quality is poor, so some parameters cannot be measured;
(7) cases that were not closed after the initial operation.
