研究目的：

本研究通过膈肌超声评估不同的重建声门下压力的手段对气切患者的膈肌功能的变化情况，探讨疗效最优化的干预手段并推广到临床中。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, different means of reconstructing subglottic pressure were evaluated by diaphragmatic ultrasound on the changes in diaphragmatic function in patients with tracheostomy, and the intervention methods with optimal efficacy were discussed and generalized to the clinic.

纳入标准：

①主要原发疾病为中枢神经系统疾病；②气管切开与中枢神经系统原发病有关；③入住我科时气管切开未拔管或在我科住院期间行气管切开；④受试者签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① The main primary disease is a central nervous system disease; ② tracheostomy is related to the primary disease of the central nervous system; ③ tracheostomy is not extated during admission to our department or tracheostomy is performed during hospitalization in our department; ④ the subject signs informed consent.
