研究目的：

探索单纯高强度聚焦超声消融治疗胎盘植入的可行性、安全性、有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility of simple high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation for placenta increta.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①足月妊娠,经阴道分娩。
②确诊为胎盘植入。
③生命体征稳定，无大出血征象。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Women after vaginal delivery with term pregnancy.
(2) Placenta accreta was diagnosed.
(3) Vital signs were stable and there were no signs of active hemorrhage.

排除标准：

①穿透性胎盘植入。
②残留胎盘过大,达到或超过宫颈外口。
③合并感染,体温≥38.5℃。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Penetrating placenta percreta.
(2) Residual placenta is large and extends to the cervix or vagina.
(3) Combined with infection, temperature >=38.5℃.
