主要研究目的： 探讨基于数字疗法的心脏康复在心衰患者全周期管理中的安全性 探讨基于数字疗法的心脏康复对心衰患者肺功能、心功能、心肺耐力、身体功能评分、 焦虑抑郁情况、生活质量、再住院率及死亡率的影响 次要研究目的： 探讨基于数字疗法的心脏康复在心衰患者中应用的满意度及依从性 l 探讨基于数字疗法的心脏康复的社会经济学效益  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objectives: To explore the safety of cardiac rehabilitation based on digital therapy in the full cycle management of patients with heart failure To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation based on digital therapy on lung function, heart function, cardiopulmonary endurance, body function score, Anxiety and depression, quality of life, readmission rate and mortality Secondary research objectives: To explore the social and economic benefits of digital therapy-based cardiac rehabilitation in patients with heart failure

纳入标准：

入选标准
1) 年龄18-80岁;
2) 根据症状、体征、体格检查及辅助检查诊断为心力衰竭;
3) 认知正常且能配合试验;
4) 签署知情同意及参与本研究的协议;

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria
1) 18-80 years old;
2) Diagnosis of heart failure based on symptoms, signs, physical examination and auxiliary examination;
3) Cognitive normal and able to cooperate with the test;
4) Signing informed consent and participating in this study;

排除标准：

排除标准
1) 未控制的不稳定性心绞痛;
2) 未控制的严重心律失常，且引发症状或血液动力学障碍;
3) 急性主动脉夹层;
4) 严重的肢体运动功能障碍;
5) 合并严重躯体疾病且存在尚未校正的临床情况(如严重贫血、电解质紊乱和甲状
腺功能亢进);
6) 同时参加其他临床试验者;
7) 不配合或无法沟通的患者;
8) 预计生存期小于6个月

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria
1) Uncontrolled unstable angina pectoris;
2) uncontrolled severe arrhythmias that cause symptoms or hemodynamic disorders;
3) Acute aortic dissection;
4) Severe limb motor dysfunction;
5) With severe physical illness and uncorrected clinical conditions (e.g., severe anemia, electrolyte disorder, and thyroid
Hyperadenism);
6) Participants in other clinical trials;
7) Patients who do not cooperate or cannot communicate;
8) The expected survival time is less than 6 months
