比较不同预防方式对预防创伤患者发生VTE的效果及预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of different prevention methods on the prevention of VTE and the prognosis of patients with trauma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；生命体征平稳；Caprini评分量表＞2分

Inclusion criteria

Aged more than 18 years old; vital signs are stable; Caprini score scale > 2

排除标准：

开放性损伤无法完成双下肢超声检查;生命体征不稳定;Caprini评分量表0-2分;妊娠期及哺乳期女性;因损伤部位或手术操作无法使用间歇加压充气装置; 有抗凝禁忌；已参加其他临床试验或已参加过本临床试验的

Exclusion criteria：

Open injury can not complete the lower extremities ultrasound examination; vital signs are unstable; Caprini score scale 0-2 points; pregnant and lactating women; intermittent pneumatic compression device cannot be used due to injury site or surgical operation; With anticoagulant contraindications; Have participated in other clinical trials or have participated in this clinical trial.
