研究目的：

本研究拟探讨西格列汀单药治疗的2型糖尿病患者联合运动能否获得更平稳的血糖控制，并确定餐后最佳运动时间，从而为应用DPP-4抑制剂单药治疗的2型糖尿病患者确定最适宜运动处方。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether combined exercise can achieve more stable blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes treated with siglitine monotherapy, and determine the best exercise time after meals, so as to determine the most appropriate exercise prescription for patients with type 2 diabetes treated with dpp-4 inhibitor monotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）初诊2型糖尿病患者，符合1999年WHO定义的糖尿病诊断标准。
（2）年龄18-70岁。
（3）西格列汀单药治疗。
（4）HBA1c 8%~10%。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes met the diagnostic criteria of diabetes defined by WHO in 1999.
(2) age 18-70.
(3) siglitine monotherapy.
(4) HBA1c 8%~10%.

排除标准：

严重心肺功能不全、未控制的高血压、严重脑血管疾病、严重肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、精神疾病、甲状腺疾病、低血糖、应用β受体阻滞剂治疗及其他无法完成有氧运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, severe cerebrovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumor, mental illness, thyroid disease, hypoglycemia, beta blocker therapy and other people unable to complete aerobic exercise.
