本研究的目的是发现疾病生物标记物，为临床疾病的早期诊断提供新的思路，同时期望为其治疗提供新的药物研发方向。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to discover disease biomarkers, provide new ideas for early diagnosis of clinical diseases, and provide new drug development direction for treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床住院患者进行腰椎穿刺及脑脊液检查者；
（2）临床住院/门诊患者进行血液生化检查者；
（3）临床住院/门诊患者进行尿液生化检查者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who underwent lumbar puncture and cerebrospinal fluid examination;
(2) blood biochemical examination for clinical inpatients/outpatients;
(3) inpatient/out-patient urine biochemical examination.

排除标准：

（1）可疑颅高压、脑疝；
（2）可疑颅内占位病变；
（3）休克等危重病人；
（4）有严重的凝血功能障碍患者，如血友病患者等除外。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suspected cranial hypertension and cerebral hernia;
(2) suspected intracranial space-occupying lesions;
(3) shock and other critical patients;
(4) patients with severe coagulation dysfunction, such as hemophiliacs, are excluded.
