通过单中心、前瞻性、随机、单盲、平行对照试验: 1. 验证新型双合垫矫治器改进高角下颌后缩患儿牙颌面生长引导的疗效,从矢状向、垂直向、横向三个维度评价患儿牙、颌、面的生长发育,以及对牙周、上气道、颞下颌关节的影响。相较于传统双合垫矫治器,验证新型双合垫矫治器不但垂直向控制显著更优,且其他主要有效性和安全性指标无显著差异或者更优; 2. 评估新型双合垫矫治器临床应用的可行性和患儿可接受度; 3. 探索新型双合垫矫治器临床应用的相关机制; 4. 初步评估新型双合垫矫治器临床应用的卫生经济学和转化价值。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Through single-center, prospective, randomized, single-blind, parallel controlled trials: 1. To verify the effectiveness of the new twin-block appliance in improving the guidance of dental and maxillofacial growth in children with hyperdivegent mandibular deficiency, evaluate the growth and development of the teeth, jaws, and face from three dimensions: sagittal, vertical, and transverse; to evaluate the effect on periodontal, upper airway, temporomandibular joint. Compared with the traditional twin-block appliance, it is verified that the new twin-block appliance not only has significantly better result of vertical control, but also has no significant difference or better results in other main effectiveness and safety indicators; (2) Assess the feasibility of the clinical application of the new twin-block appliance and the acceptability of patients; (3) Exploring the relevant mechanism of the clinical application of the new twin-block appliance; (4) Preliminary assessment of the hygienic economics and transformational value of the clinical application of the new twin-block appliance. |
