研究目的：

探究多模式脑功能监测对EARS路径下行腰椎融合术的老年患者术后康复进程、术后并发症发生率、住院时间的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Determine if Multiple brain monitoring during lumbar fusion through ERAS pathway have impact on the recovery process, postoperative complications, and length of hospital stay after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.神经外科择期行腰椎椎间融合术手术患者；
2.年龄≥65岁；
3.ASA分级

Inclusion criteria

1. Neurosurgery patients undergoing elective lumbar interbody fusion surgery;
2. >= 65 years old;
3. ASA classification < IV.

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝；
2.研究用药禁忌；
3.急诊手术；
4.术前合并脏器功能障碍；
5.腰椎畸形且需要分期手术患者；
6.行单纯腰椎间盘摘除术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refuses;
2. Research drug contraindications;
3. Emergency surgery;
4. Preoperative complicated organ dysfunction;
5. Patients with lumbar spine deformity who need staged surgery;
6. Perform simple lumbar discectomy.
