研究目的：

观察三七对重症病房VTE高危伴出血高危患者VTE预防的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess preventive effect of pseudo-ginseng in venous thromboembolism in ICU patients with high risk of bleeding complication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于或等于18周岁入住重症病房患者，性别不限。
2.Caprini评分大于或等于5分
3.患者或者其法定监护人同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged at least 18 years intensive care unit patients;
2. Caprini score is greater than or equal to 5 points;
3. The patient or his legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.入选前已在使用抗凝药物者，如平时在服用华法林、阿司匹林、玻立维或新型口服抗凝剂者
2.入选前已经存在静脉血栓栓塞性疾病者
3.存在活动性出血或者明显的出血倾向患者
4.凝血功能异常患者a.血小板计数<50×109/L或功能异常（药物、尿毒症、造血异常）b.凝血因子异常（血友病及其他先天凝血因子缺乏）d.PT或APTT大于正常值1.5倍以上者。
5. 病情严重，预计短时间内将死亡者。
6.胃肠道不能有效使用者。
7.不能使用气压泵治疗的患者。
8.怀孕患者。
9. 严重肝肾功能不全患者（肌酐清楚率<30ml/min，肝功能Child-Pugh分级B级或C级

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have been taking anticoagulant drugs before enrollment, such as those who usually take warfarin, aspirin, Bolivi or new oral anticoagulant;
2. Patients with venous thromboembolic disease before enrollment;
3. Patients with active bleeding or obvious bleeding tendency;
4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function: Platelet count <50×10^9/L or dysfunction (drug, uremia, hematopoietic abnormality); Coagulation factor abnormality (hemophilia and other innate coagulation factor deficiency); PT or APTT More than 1.5 times the normal value;
5. The condition is serious and it is expected that the person will die in a short time;
6. The gastrointestinal tract cannot be used effectively;
7. Patients who cannot be treated with intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC);
8. Pregnant patients;
9. Patients with severe kidney or liver dysfunction (creatinine clarity <30ml/min, liver function Child-Pugh grade B or C).
