研究目的：

利用16S rRNA基因测序方法研究前列腺组织菌群结构特征以及与前列腺癌的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the structural characteristics of Prostate tissue microflora and its correlation with Prostate Cancer by 16SrDNA sequencing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

前列腺癌组纳入标准：
1.年龄＞50岁；
2.直肠指诊触及前列腺坚硬结节，边界欠清，无压痛且血清总PSA＞4.0ng/ml；
3.经前列腺穿刺活检或前列腺手术后病理检查确诊为前列腺癌的病例；
4.前列腺磁共振扫描（MRI/MRS）和/或B超检查示前列腺占位。
对照组纳入标准：
1.年龄＞50岁；
2.排除上述前列腺癌纳入标准之后的良性前列腺增生患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the prostate cancer group:
1. > 50 years old;
2. The digital rectal examination touches a hard nodule of the prostate, the boundary is not clear, there is no tenderness and the total serum PSA>4.0ng/ml;
3. Cases diagnosed with prostate cancer by prostate biopsy or pathological examination after prostate surgery;
4. Prostate magnetic resonance scan (MRI/MRS) and/or B-ultrasound showed prostate mass.
Inclusion criteria for the control group:
1. > 50 years old;
2. Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after the inclusion criteria for prostate cancer were excluded.

排除标准：

1.有下尿路症状史；
2.有性传播疾病史；
3.2个月内有尿路感染史；
4.有高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常等代谢性疾病；
5.有自身免疫性疾病；
6.有其他系统恶性肿瘤疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of lower urinary tract symptoms;
2. A history of sexually transmitted diseases;
3. A history of urinary tract infection within 2 months;
4. Hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and other metabolic diseases;
5. Have autoimmune diseases;
6. There are other systemic malignant tumors.
