研究目的：

研究SGLT2抑制剂达格列净对于2型糖尿病患者的血液及尿液生化、电解质，肾小球滤过率及人体容量负荷的影响。探索及阐明达格列净对人体的影响，从而为T2DM的治疗提供新的思路，更好地评估临床患者的个体化用药。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of SGLT2 inhibitor dapagliflozin on blood and urine biochemistry, electrolytes, glomerular filtration rate and body capacity load in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Explore and clarify the impact of dapagliflozin on the human body, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of T2DM, and better evaluate the individualized medication of clinical patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经确诊为T2DM；年龄≥18岁；体重指数>18.5kg/m^2；
2.糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）6-8%，血糖控制稳定；
3.原口服降糖方案已规律使用≥2个月且既往未服用达格列净；eGFR>30 ml/（min·1. 73 m^2）伴或不伴蛋白尿。经医院伦理委员会批准，患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with T2DM; >= 18 years; body mass index > 18.5kg/m^2;
2. Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) 6-8%, stable blood sugar control;
3. The original oral hypoglycemic regimen has been used regularly for >=2 months and dapagliflozin has not been taken before; eGFR>30 ml/(min·1.73 m^2) with or without proteinuria. Approved by the hospital ethics committee, the patients signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重的肝脏、肾脏（如：急性肾损伤）或心脏疾病（如：血流动力学不稳定、心功能不全 NYHA分级4级、心肌梗死、恶性心律失常、血容量严重不足等情况）；癌症；使用胰岛素；使用利尿剂；T2DM合并糖尿病急性并发症、感染、应激等情况；既往复发性尿路感染或生殖器感染史；
2.医从性不高，不能按照治疗方案执行者；妊娠及近期计划妊娠，哺乳者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver, kidney (eg: acute kidney injury) or heart disease (eg: hemodynamic instability, cardiac insufficiency NYHA grade 4, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, severe hypovolemia, etc.); Cancer; use of insulin; use of diuretics; T2DM complicated by acute complications of diabetes, infection, stress, etc.; history of previous recurrent urinary tract infection or genital infection;
2. Those who are not highly compliant with medicine and cannot follow the treatment plan; those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future, and those who are breastfeeding.
