研究目的：

1.建立基于标准诊断程序的区域人群的脑卒中病因分类队列； 2.掌握该区域脑卒中流行病学特征； 3.掌握该区域脑卒中患者的预后和预后影响因素； 4.监测和评价脑卒中各种干预措施的疗效风险； 5.收集合理设计脑卒中治疗措施的临床试验所必须的信息； 6.进行脑卒中相关基础研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a cohort for the classification of stroke etiology in regional populations based on standard diagnostic procedures; 2. Master the epidemiological characteristics of stroke in this region; 3. Master the prognosis and prognostic factors of stroke patients in this region; 4. Monitor and evaluate the efficacy and risk of various stroke interventions; 5. Collect the necessary information for the rational design of clinical trials of stroke treatment measures; 6. Conduct basic research on stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.任何年龄段；
2.1周内发生的急性脑血管事件（符合WHO卒中诊断标准并经颅脑MRI/CT证实的脑梗死或颅内出血、神经功能缺损持续24小时以上）；
3.获取患者或合法授权亲属的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Any age group;
2. Acute cerebrovascular events within 1 week (cerebral infarction or intracranial hemorrhage, neurological deficit lasting more than 24 hours in line with WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke and confirmed by cranial MRI/CT);
3. Obtain informed consent from patients or legally authorized relatives.

排除标准：

无症状性脑卒中。

Exclusion criteria：

Asymptomatic stroke.
