研究目的：

本研究的目的是评估杭州英健生物科技有限公司的“消化道黏膜保护胶”临床应用的有效性和安全性。采用目前临床上ESD术后未处理的裸露创面作为对照。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of digestive tract mucosal protective glue in clinical application of Hangzhou Yingjian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. At present, the untreated exposed ulcers after ESD were used as the control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.受试者年龄在18-75岁，性别不限；
2.诊断为早期胃癌和胃良性肿瘤并符合ESD手术指征（创面直径大于2cm）；
3.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Diagnosed as early gastric cancer and gastric benign tumor and in accordance with ESD surgical indications (wound diameter is larger than 2cm);
3. Sign informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.伴有活动性感染或有严重系统性疾病的患者；
2.严重肝功能或心肺功能损害；
3.有凝血或出血功能障碍者；
4.怀孕或哺乳期患者；
5.6周内接受过糖皮质激素治疗者（不包括吸入剂和滴眼剂）；
6.1周内使用过可能影响血凝系统的药物：如血小板受体拮抗剂阿昔单抗，替罗非班；氯吡格雷；其它抗凝药物或促凝药物；
7.已知对海藻多糖和多聚赖氨酸过敏患者；
8.医生认为不适合该产品手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with active infection or severe systemic diseases;
2. Severe impairment of liver function or cardiopulmonary function;
3. Patients with coagulation or bleeding dysfunction;
4. Pregnant or lactating patients;
5. Those who have received glucocorticoid treatment within 6 weeks (excluding inhalers and eye drops);
6. Use of drugs that may affect the blood coagulation system within 1 week: such as platelet receptor antagonist abciximab, tirofiban. Clopidogrel; other anticoagulants or procoagulants;
7. Patients known to be allergic to seaweed polysaccharides and polylysine;
8. Patients who are not considered suitable for surgery with this product.
