研究目的：

构建以夫妻为中心的正念干预模式并探讨其在胎儿异常引产父母心理干预中的应用效果，为开展此类人群心理干预提供理论与实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a couple-centered mindfulness intervention model and explore its application effects in the psychological intervention of parents with abnormal fetal induction, and provide theoretical and practical basis for the psychological intervention of such people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经浙江省产前诊断中心确诊胎儿患有严重畸形，建议引产或门诊确诊死胎的夫妻；
2. 在研究医院接受引产治疗；
3. 孕周≥14周；
4. 未参与正念相关心理干预或其他科学研究项目；
5. 能熟练使用微信，可以接受微信线上干预；
6. 夫妻双方知情同意，且自愿同时参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Couples whose fetus has been diagnosed with severe malformations by Zhejiang Prenatal Diagnosis Center, it is recommended to induce labor or outpatient diagnosis of stillbirth;
2. Couples whose receive labor induction treatment in the research hospital;
3. Gestational age >= 14 weeks;
4. Not involved in mindfulness related psychological intervention or other science research project;
5. Able to use WeChat proficiently and accept WeChat online intervention;
6. Both husband and wife have informed consent and participate in this research voluntarily at the same time.

排除标准：

1. 既往有身心疾病史；
2. 智力障碍、文盲等无法理解干预内容及心理测评内容者；
3. 研究过程中出现严重身心问题无法进行本研究；
4. 在研究过程中主动退出或失联；
5. 未能完整填写研究问卷、存在缺项者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a history of physical and mental illness;
2. Those who cannot understand the intervention content and psychological evaluation content such as mental retardation, illiteracy, etc.;
3. Serious physical and mental problems occur during the research process and cannot carry out this research;
4. Withdraw or lose contact during the research process;
5. Failure completed the research questionnaire and there are missing items.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。采用相应的数据库系统进行双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that,researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
