研究目的：

1、研究发现儿童便秘治疗过程中对肠道微生态的影响机制及有益菌株的破坏程度，发现儿童便秘疾病的新标记物。 2、研究发现益生菌干预调节便秘儿童肠道微生态的有利机制，对比患儿肠道微生态的恢复程度，发现不同的有益菌株，为之后儿童便秘预防和精准化治疗提供个性化有益菌株选择。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The study found that the mechanism of intestinal microecology during the treatment of constipation in children and the degree of damage of beneficial strains, found new markers of constipation in children. 2. The study found that probiotics intervention to regulate the intestinal micro-ecological mechanism of constipation children, compare the degree of recovery of intestinal micro-ecology in children, found different beneficial strains, provide personalized beneficial strain selection for post-child constipation prevention and precision treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 齐鲁儿童医院院消化科收治的儿童便秘患儿，其临床诊断标准参考《儿童功能性便秘诊断标准即罗马Ⅳ标准》2016年版。
2 纳入山东济南及周边德州、聊城、济宁、菏泽、淄博、泰安、枣庄、潍坊等内陆地区的1-14周岁儿童便秘患者。
3 诊断标准年龄<４岁的儿童至少符合以下2项条件,持续时间达1个月：①每周排便≤2次; ②大量粪便潴留史; ③有排便疼痛和排便费力史; ④排粗大粪便史; ⑤直肠内存在有大量粪便团块。对于接受排便训练的儿童,以下条件也作为选项：⑥能控制排便后每周至少出现1次大便失禁;⑦粗大粪便曾堵塞抽水马桶。
4 诊断标准年龄≥４岁的儿童便秘每周至少发生1次,时间持续1个月以上,且符合以下2项或多项条件,但ＩBS的诊断依据不足：①４岁以上儿童每周在厕所排便≤2次;②每周至少出现1次大便失禁;③有粪潴留姿势或过度克制排便病史;④有排便疼痛或困难的病史;⑤直肠内存在大粪块;⑥粗大粪块曾堵塞抽水马桶。经过适当评估,症状不能用其他疾病来完全解释。

Inclusion criteria

1 Children with constipation admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Qilu Children's Hospital, the clinical diagnostic criteria refer to the 2016 edition of the Rome IV standard for the diagnosis of functional constipation in children.
2 Patients with constipation from 1-14 years old in the inland areas of Jinan, Shandong, and surrounding areas such as Dezhou, Liaocheng, Jining, Heze, Zibo, Tai'an, Zaozhuang and Weifang.
3 Diagnostic criteria Children aged <4 years old meet at least 2 conditions for a duration of 1 month:
(1) weekly bowel movements <= 2 times;
(2) a large history of fecal retention;
(3) history of bowel pain and defecation;
(4) rows History of gross feces;
(5) there are a lot of fecal pellets in the rectum. For children undergoing defecation training, the following conditions are also available as an option:
(6) can control at least one fecal incontinence every week after defecation;
(7) large stools have blocked the toilet.
4 Diagnostic criteria Children with >= 4 years of age have at least one episode every week for more than one month, and meet the following two or more conditions, but the diagnosis of IBS is insufficient:
(1) children over 14 years old are Toilet defecation <= 2 times;
(2) at least 1 fecal incontinence per week;
(3) fecal retention posture or excessive restraint of defecation history;
(4) history of pain or difficulty in bowel movements;
(5) large feces in the rectum;
(6) large feces have blocked the toilet. After proper evaluation, symptoms cannot be fully explained by other diseases.

排除标准：

1 既往或入组时已患有严重的心血管系统、消化系统、神经精神系统、泌尿系统等器官功能障碍及全身性疾病；
2 有腹部手术史；
3 入组时合并有全身性感染；
4 在一个月内有全身使用抗生素、抗真菌药、激素等影响微生态状况的药物，在一个月内有口腔局部用药：激素、抗生素等；
5 服用钙离子拮抗剂、抑酸剂、镇静剂、抗焦虑药及各种减肥药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Have had serious cardiovascular system, digestive system, neuropsychiatric system, urinary system and other organ dysfunction and systemic diseases in the past or when enrolled;
2 History of abdominal surgery.
3 Combined with systemic infection at the time of enrollment;
4 Within one month, there are antibiotics, antifungal drugs, hormones and other drugs that affect micro-ecological conditions, and there are oral local medications within one month: hormones, antibiotics, etc.
5 Taking calcium ion antagonists, acid suppressants, sedatives, anti-anxiety drugs and various diet pills.
