研究目的：

1.通过迷走神经磁刺激对卒中后认知障碍的影响，验证迷走神经磁刺激对卒中后认知障碍的临床疗效，寻找PSCI新的有效刺激靶点； 2.探索迷走神经磁刺激改善卒中后认知障碍可能的脑网络调节机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the clinical efficacy of vagus nerve magnetic stimulation on post-stroke cognitive impairment and to find new effective stimulation targets for PSCI through the effect of vagus nerve magnetic stimulation on post-stroke cognitive impairment; 2. To explore the possible mechanisms of brain network modulation by vagus nerve magnetic stimulation to improve post-stroke cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医学会第四次全国脑血管病学术会议修订的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》的诊断标准及经CT或MRI证实，诊断为缺血性或出血性卒中；
2.首次脑卒中，病程2周-2个月内；
3.存在认知障碍，蒙特利尔认知评估量表（Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA）评分<26分；
4.患者神志清楚，生命体征平稳，神经科症状无进展；
5.无严重失语及听理解障碍，可完成记忆及认知专项检测；无精神类疾病等；
6.入组前均需取得患者及家属同意，并签署治疗知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association and confirmed by CT or MRI, the diagnosis is ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke;
2. The first stroke, within 2 weeks to 2 months;
3. Cognitive impairment, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score <26;
4. The patient is conscious, his vital signs are stable, and his neurological symptoms have not progressed;
5. No severe aphasia and hearing comprehension impairment, can complete special tests for memory and cognition; no mental illness, etc.;
6. Before entering the group, the consent of the patients and their families should be obtained, and the informed consent form should be signed.
