研究目的：

研究间断theta短阵快速脉冲模式经颅磁刺激作为更有效的物质成瘾的治疗方法,通过比较在不同脑区施加刺激的治疗组与伪刺激组的疗效在基线、治疗结束后一周，治疗结束后一个月的临床指标、神经心理指标、脑电指标、生理指标的差异显著性。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand if iTBS treatment could be an effective treatment for addiction, based on whether TMS groups with different stimulation area of brain report significant improvement at post intervention,1-month after intervention on measurement of clinical outcomes, Neuropsychological index, EEG, physiological index, relative to those allocated to sham intervention group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合DSM-5中物质成瘾诊断标准；
(2) 年龄在18-60周岁；
(3) 初中以上文化程度；
(4) 愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书。
(5) 药物滥用时间超过一年，使用频率大于1周1次，月使用量大于1克；

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meet DSM-5 criteria for substance abuse,
(2)aged 18-60 years,
(3)junior high school degree or above,
(4)consent to attend this study.
(5) The drug abuse time is more than one year, the frequency of use is greater than one week, and the monthly use is greater than 1 gram;

排除标准：

(1) 有经颅磁(TMS)治疗禁忌症，如头颅外伤，癫痫病史，体内有金属植入物者等；
(2) 患有物质相关及成瘾障碍之外的其他精神疾病；
(3) 严重躯体疾病或重大器官疾病；
(4) 智力受损(IQ<90)；
(5) 近期曾接受药物治疗；
(6) 近6个月曾接受心理治疗以及TMS治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Have contraindications to TMS (head trauma, epilepsy or the history of epilepsy, metal implant etc.),
(2)psychiatric illnesses,
(3)physical ailments,
(4)intellectual impairment (IQ<90),
(5)received medication treatment recently,
(6)received psychoterapy or TMS intervation on the last 6 months.

数据采集由研究团队成员和合作戒毒所工作人员协同完成，纸质类数据由团队成员电子化后，同其他数据离线和在线多个备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researcher and Addiction Rehabilitation staff will work together to assist in data collection. The paper data will be converted into electronic version. All the data will be saved in multiple offline and online backups.
