研究目的：

研究机器人手术在肝门胆管癌病种中的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the safety and feasibility of robotic approach about hilar cholangiocarcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-80岁, 性别不限；
2、术后病理诊断为肝门部胆管腺癌；
3、随访资料完全。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-80 years, male or female;
2. Pathology: Adenocarcinoma;
3. With the complete follow-up data.

排除标准：

1、具备严重的基础疾病；
2、中转开腹；
3、术前接受新辅助治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe underlying diseases;
2. Conversion to open;
3. A history of neoadjuvant therapy.
