研究目的：

评估粪菌移植治疗1型糖尿病的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of fecal bacteria transplantation in treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床明确诊断为T1DM或成人隐匿性自身免疫糖尿病
（2）年龄3-70岁
（3）依赖胰岛素治疗，HbA1c<16%
（4）知情同意

Inclusion criteria

(1) clinically diagnosed as T1DM or latent autoimmune diabetes in adults.
(2) Age 3-70 years
(3) Insulin dependent treatment, HbA1c < 16%
(4) Informed consent

排除标准：

（1）2型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病或其它特殊类型糖尿病
（2）未纠正的糖尿病酮症酸中毒或糖尿病高渗状态
（3）存在严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能不全
（4）存在感染、消化道出血、心脑血管疾病等急性应激情况
（5）存在严重消化系统器质性疾病
（6）妊娠
（7）精神异常

Exclusion criteria：

(1) type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus or other special types of diabetes mellitus
(2) uncorrected diabetic ketoacidosis or hypertonic diabetes mellitus
(3) There are severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction
(4) There are acute stress conditions such as infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
(5) There are serious organic diseases of digestive system
(6) Pregnancy
(7) Psychosis
