Objectives of Study：

Anti-inflammatory and Analgesia Effect of Local Periarticular Infiltration Injection Combined Ketorolac with betamethasone in Total Knee Arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-85岁，拟行全膝关节置换术，可以签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 85 years; Undertake total knee arthroplasty; Informed consent is available.

排除标准：

（1）相关药物过敏；（2）严重肝肾功能障碍； （3）慢性疾病长期服用阿片类镇痛药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)History of drug allergy; (2)Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; (3)Opioids consumption for chronic disease.
