研究目的：

研究接种新冠疫苗对冷冻胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响，以期为准备接受冷冻胚胎移植人群提供新冠疫苗接种的指导性意见。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of COVID-19 vaccine vaccination on the pregnancy outcome of frozen embryo transfer, in order to provide guidance on COVID-19 vaccine vaccination for the population preparing to receive frozen embryo transfer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本实验为前瞻性队列研究，将温州医科大学附属第二医院生殖中心拟行FET的女性作为研究对象，根据其有无接种过新冠肺炎疫苗分为两组，其中接种新冠疫苗组450人，同期未接种新冠疫苗组900人。前瞻性随访两组患者信息直至新生儿出生后42天。比较两组患者的妊娠结局。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The present study was a prospective cohort study, in which 450 women in the reproductive Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University who planned to receive FET were divided into two groups according to whether they had received COVID-19 vaccine, including 450 women in the COVID-19 vaccine group and 900 women in the non-COVID-19 vaccine group. Patients in both groups were prospectively followed up to 42 days after birth. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. 

纳入标准：

1）拟行冷冻胚胎移植
2）女方在拟行冷冻胚胎移植前7天-6个月内按照规定的免疫程序完成2针北京生物（国药集团中国生物北京生物制品研究所有限责任公司，0.5ml/支）或科兴中维（北京科兴中维生物技术有限公司，0.5ml/支）新冠灭活疫苗的接种，且新冠抗体检测IgG呈阳性
3）年龄25-35岁
4）BMI 18-25Kg/m2
5）至少有2枚3级以上质量的冻存胚胎
6）移植1-2枚冻胚
7）受试者知情，自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Frozen embryo transfer is planned
2) The woman should complete 2 injections of Beijing Biologics (Sinophem China Biologics Beijing Institute of Biological Products Co., LTD., 0.5ml/ dose) or Kexing Zhongwei (Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Biological Technology Co., LTD., 0.5ml/ dose) inactivated COVID-19 vaccine within 7 days to 6 months before the planned frozen embryo transfer according to the stipulated immunization procedures. The IgG test was positive for COVID-19 antibody

3) Age 25-35
4) BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2
5) At least 2 embryos of grade 3 or higher quality in frozen storage
6) Transplant 1-2 frozen embryos
7) The subject is informed and voluntarily signs the informed consent

排除标准：

1）未经处理过的明确影响宫腔形态的子宫疾病（如子宫畸形、宫腔粘连、子宫粘膜下肌瘤或子宫肌瘤压迫宫腔、中重度子宫内膜异位症，子宫腺肌症等）
2）未经治疗过的严重生殖系统急性感染（如盆腔炎）或其他全身感染者
3）合并有其他与不良妊娠结局有关的全身系统性疾病（如高血压、糖尿病、甲状腺功能异常、心脏病、重度贫血、肝肾功能异常、自身免疫性疾病、严重内分泌紊乱等）
4）夫妻任意一方有染色体异常，有不良妊娠史或家族遗传史
5）既往至少3次胚胎移植(ET)失败史(包括新鲜周期及冷冻周期)
6）移植日内膜过薄（＜7mm）
7）其他研究人员认为不适合列入研究的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1) Untreated uterine diseases that clearly affect the shape of the uterine cavity (such as uterine malformation, intrauterine adhesion, submucosal fibroids or uterine fibroids compression of the uterine cavity, moderate and severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc.)
2) untreated severe acute infections of the reproductive system (such as pelvic inflammatory disease) or other systemic infections
3) Other systemic diseases associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes (such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, heart disease, severe anemia, liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, severe endocrine disorders, etc.)
4) One of the spouses has chromosomal abnormalities, adverse pregnancy history or family genetic history
5) A history of at least 3 previous ET failures (including fresh and frozen cycles)
6) Thin intima on transplantation day (< 7mm)
7) conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study by other researchers
