研究目的：

观察患儿在七氟醚全麻苏醒后喂食棒棒糖对其苏醒期躁动程度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of feeding lollipop after awakening from sevoflurane general anesthesia on the degree of emergence agitation in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.麻醉ASA分级 为I 或 II，年龄2-6岁
2.在七氟醚全麻下行腹股沟疝日间手术的患儿在苏醒出现躁动（PAED 评分≥10分）；
3.家长知情并同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Anesthesia ASA class I or II, aged 2 to 6 years;
2. Children who underwent day surgery for inguinal hernia under sevoflurane general anesthesia had agitation upon awakening (PAED score >= 10 points);
3. Parents informed and agreed to participate in this research.

排除标准：

1.患儿最近两周有肺炎、哮喘症状、支气管炎或上呼吸道感染；
2.患儿有参与本临床试验的任何药物的过敏史；
3.内分泌或遗传代谢性疾病不适宜食用棒棒糖的患儿；
4.有心理或神经障碍、精神药物或抗惊厥药物使用史的患儿；
5.发育迟缓、注意力缺陷障碍的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The child has pneumonia, asthma symptoms, bronchitis or upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks;
2. The child has a history of allergies to any drugs involved in this clinical trial;
3. Children with endocrine or genetic metabolic diseases are not suitable for eating lollipops;
4. Children with a history of psychological or neurological disorders, psychotropic drugs or anticonvulsant use;
5. Children with developmental delay and attention deficit disorder.
