研究目的：

1.研究胃癌患者的肠道菌群的各项指标（种群丰富度、具体的微生物种类以及不同种类之间的占比等）与免疫治疗疗效的相关性； 2.明确肠道菌群及其变化是否可以做为预测免疫治疗疗效的分子标志物，更精准地筛选胃癌免疫治疗的获益人群。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the correlation between various indicators of intestinal flora in gastric cancer patients (population richness, specific microbial species and the proportion of different species, etc.) and the efficacy of immunotherapy; 2. To clarify whether the intestinal flora and its changes can be used as molecular markers to predict the efficacy of immunotherapy, and to more accurately screen the beneficiaries of gastric cancer immunotherapy.

纳入标准：

1.进行免疫治疗（免疫检查点抑制剂治疗）的转移性和（或）不可切除的胃癌患者；
2.入院治疗时，取粪常规标本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with metastatic and/or unresectable gastric cancer undergoing immunotherapy (immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy);
2. Routine fecal specimens were taken when hospitalized for treatment.
