研究目的：

探讨超声引导下无注射器技术（Syringe-free technique）用于小儿头臂静脉导管插入术的实用性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the practicability and effectiveness of ultrasound-guided syringe-free technique in children cephalbrachial vein catheterization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

接受手术治疗、并需要CVC导管放置的患儿（年龄0-12月）均被纳入到本研究当中。

Inclusion criteria

Children (aged 0-12 months) who underwent surgery and needed a CVC catheter placement were included in this study.

排除标准：

年龄大于12月、穿刺位点感染、解剖结构异常、凝血功能障碍、存在静脉血栓的患儿将被排除此研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Children older than 12 months, puncture site infection, abnormal anatomical structure, coagulation dysfunction and venous thrombosis will be excluded from this study.
