研究目的：

1、搭建胃癌术后注册登记平台，明确阳虚与胃癌术后转移复发相关性 2、整合全国范围内中医胃癌研究优势单位（综合医院肿瘤优势科室、专科医院消化道肿瘤优势科室），标化并收集胃癌术后患者临床信息，为之后的循证研究提供平台支撑。 3、基于真实世界开展队列研究，探究阳虚证相关性因素，及其对胃癌术后复发转移的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a postoperative registration platform for gastric cancer, and clarify the correlation between Yang deficiency and postoperative metastasis and recurrence of gastric cancer 2. Integrate the advantageous units of TCM gastric cancer research nationwide (the advantageous tumor departments of general hospitals and the advantageous digestive tract tumor departments of specialized hospitals), standardize and collect the clinical information of gastric cancer patients after surgery, and provide platform support for subsequent evidence-based research. 3. Conduct cohort study based on the real world to explore the correlation factors of Yang deficiency syndrome and its impact on postoperative recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer.

纳入标准：

①病理确诊胃癌；
②行胃癌根治性切除术（R0）；
③手术方式包括内镜下黏膜及下层切除术、开腹手术、腹腔镜手术等；
④配合问卷调查，依从性好；

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer;
2. Radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was performed (R0);
3. Surgical methods include endoscopic mucosal and submucosal resection, laparotomy, laparoscopic surgery, etc.
4. Cooperate with questionnaire survey, good compliance;

排除标准：

①多重癌患者；
②合并严重的心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病者；
③精神病患者和智力、语言障碍者；
④重复就诊患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with multiple cancers;
2. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
3. Mental patients and people with intellectual and language disabilities;
4. Patients with repeated visits.
