研究目的：

通过应用骨盆智能监视系统辅助闭合复位系统治疗复杂骨盆骨折，明确智能监控系统在提高骨盆严重移位骨折复位精确性、减少术中透视方面的优势，建立手术操作和术后治疗规范，形成完整的复杂骨盆骨折的治疗方案和理论体系，从而解决目前严重移位骨盆骨折微创治疗以及快速康复治疗等重大问题。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the application of pelvic intelligent monitoring system assisted closed reduction system in the treatment of complex pelvic fractures, clarify the advantages of intelligent monitoring system in improving the reduction accuracy of severely displaced pelvic fractures and reducing intraoperative fluoroscopy, establish surgical operation and postoperative treatment norms, and form a complete treatment scheme and theoretical system of complex pelvic fractures, So as to solve the major problems such as minimally invasive treatment and rapid rehabilitation treatment of severely displaced pelvic fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18岁以上；②骨盆根据Tile分型均为C1型骨折，单侧后环有垂直向移位；③生命体征平稳。

Inclusion criteria

① Over 18 years old; ② The pelvis was classified as C1 fracture according to tile, with vertical displacement of unilateral posterior ring; ③ Vital signs are stable.

排除标准：

①不符合上述诊断标准；②合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重疾病及精神病；③严重骨质疏松。

Exclusion criteria：

① Does not meet the above diagnostic criteria; ② Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases and psychosis; ③ Severe osteoporosis.
