探索多模态MRI评估剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠手术风险的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the value of multimodal MRI in evaluating the surgical risk of cesarean incision scar pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合切口妊娠诊断标准；
2.采用手术终止妊娠；
3.手术及病理证实为切口妊娠患者；
4.术前7天内接受MRI检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for incisional pregnancy;
2. Surgical termination of pregnancy;
3. Patients with incisional pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology;
4. MRI examination within 7 days before surgery.

排除标准：

1.手术治疗前接受预处理；
2.双胎妊娠；
3.子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症等子宫疾病；
4.凝血功能障碍；
5.幽闭恐惧征患者；
6.临床资料不完整；
7.MRI 图像存在严重伪影。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pretreatment before surgery;
2. Twin pregnancy;
3. Uterine fibroids, adenomyosis and other uterine diseases;
4. Coagulation disorders;
5. Patients with claustrophobia;
6. Incomplete clinical data;
7. MRI images have serious artifacts.
