研究目的：

1.研究不同模式的运动干预对成瘾患者的渴求度和情绪状态的影响。 2.研究不同模式的运动干预对成瘾患者的认知功能的影响。 3.研究不同模式的运动干预对成瘾患者的身体健康和肠道菌群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect of different modes of exercise intervention on the carving and emotional state of addicted patients. 2. To study the effect of different modes of exercise intervention on cognitive function of addicted patients. 3. To study the effects of different modes of exercise intervention on the health and intestinal flora of addicted patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 身体健康；
(2) 年龄在18-45周岁，男性；
(3) 符合甲基苯丙胺依赖性DSM-5标准；
(4) 文化程度在小学及以上，Raven的标准智力测试得分>5；
(5) 愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(I) Healthy;
(2) Aged 18 to 45 years, male;
(3) Meet the DSM-5 standard of methamphetamine dependence;
(4) The standard intelligence test score of Raven is more than 5 when the educational level is in primary school or above
(5) consent to attend this study

排除标准：

(1) 精神病史、神经系统疾病或身体残疾；
(2) 运动禁忌症，由体力活动评估准备问卷（PAQ-R）评估；
(3) 重大传染性疾病；
(4) 色盲。

Exclusion criteria：

(I) History of mental illness, nervous system disease or physical disability;
(2) Contraindication of exercise, assessed by physical activity Assessment questionnaire (PAQ-R);
(3) Major infectious diseases;
(4) Color blindness
