研究目的：

探讨巴雷特食管患者病变黏膜菌群以及肠道菌群的特征，明确BE内镜下治疗后复发与食管远端局部黏膜及肠道特定菌群结构及丰度的改变的可能相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the characteristics of mucosal flora and intestinal flora in patients with Barret's esophagus, and to clarify the possible correlation between recurrence after BE endoscopic treatment and changes in the structure and abundance of specific mucosal and intestinal flora in the distal esophagus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-75岁；②性别不限；③内镜加病理确诊为Barrett食管；④无重大心肺疾病，能耐受静脉全身麻醉下手术；⑤自愿接受并遵守本研究方案，并能在引导下按时接受复查及随访；⑥近2个月未服用抗生素及益生菌制剂等影响微生态的药物；⑦无幽门螺旋杆菌感染。

Inclusion criteria

①18–75 years old; ②unlimited gender; ③Barrett's esophagus was diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology; ④no major cardiopulmonary disease, able to tolerate surgery under intravenous general anesthesia; ⑤voluntary acceptance and compliance with the research program, and timely review and follow-up under the guidance; ⑥no antibiotics or probiotics were taken in the past two months to affect the microecology; ⑦no helicobacter pylori infection.

排除标准：

①18岁以下或75岁以上；②既往或现在明确诊断消化系统或其他系统恶性肿瘤；③消化道手术史；④严重心肺功能不全或患其它疾病可能导致患者不能耐受相关检查或治疗者；⑤孕妇或哺乳期妇女；⑥幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者；⑦精神疾病、遗传代谢疾病史；⑧2个月内服用PPI、抗生素、益生菌；⑨既往有炎症性肠病、肝硬化、糖尿病、甲状腺疾病或免疫系统相关疾病等慢性疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

①under 18 or over 75 years old; ②clear diagnosis of malignant tumors of digestive system or other systems; ③history of digestive tract surgery; ④severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or other diseases may lead to patients can not tolerate the relevant examination or treatment; ⑤pregnant women or lactating women; ⑥patients with Helicobacter pylori infection; ⑦history of mental diseases and genetic metabolic diseases; ⑧taking PPI, antibiotics and probiotics within 2 months; ⑨patients had a history of chronic diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, liver cirrhosis, diabetes, thyroid disease or immune system-related diseases.
