研究目的：

分析全关节置换术（TJA）术后并发症的发生率和危险因素，为临床预防术后并发症提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the incidence and risk factors of postoperative complications after total joint arthroplasty (TJA) to provide reference for clinical prevention of postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁；
2.所有接受初次全髋关节置换或者全膝关节置换的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged > 18 years;
2. All patients who received primary total hip replacement or total knee replacement.

排除标准：

1.关节感染病史局部使用抗生素二次置换术；
2.翻修手术；
3.合并多种手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local use of antibiotic secondary replacement for the history of joint infection;
2. Revision surgery;
3. Combine multiple surgeries.
