研究目的：

1.主要目的：评估内脏肥胖对结直肠癌术后感染性并发症的影响。 2.次要目的：①确定结直肠癌术后感染性并发症的危险因素②比较BMI与内脏肥胖这两种肥胖评估方法对于术后感染性并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To evaluate the effect of visceral obesity on postoperative infectious complications of colorectal cancer. 2. Secondary objectives: ① To determine the risk factors for postoperative infectious complications of colorectal cancer; ② to compare the effects of BMI and visceral obesity on postoperative infectious complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁患者
②术前CT或MRI、结肠镜及术后病理结果确诊为结直肠癌的患者
③术前15天内有数字储存的CT影像
④择期行结直肠癌根治术患者

Inclusion criteria

① Patients aged ≥18 years
② Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer by preoperative CT or MRI, colonoscopy and postoperative pathological results
③ Digital stored CT images were obtained within 15 days before surgery
④ Patients undergoing elective radical resection of colorectal cancer

排除标准：

①既往腹部外伤史
②转移癌患者
③肠梗阻病人
④术前即有系统性炎症反应综合征
⑤肿瘤术后复发行二次手术或行姑息切除患者
⑥病历资料不完整的患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Previous history of abdominal trauma
② Patients with metastatic cancer
③ Patients with intestinal obstruction
④ systemic inflammatory response syndrome before surgery
⑤ Patients with recurrent tumor surgery or palliative resection
⑥ Patients with incomplete medical records
