研究目的：

本研究旨在通过应用肺部超声评分，评估成人腹腔镜结直肠术后，分别使用舒更葡糖钠或新斯的明拮抗肌松作用，对于术后肺部通气情况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is aimed to evaluate the effect of Sugammadex or neostigmine on postoperative lung ultrasound score after adult laparoscopic colorectal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)北京协和医院接受腹腔镜结直肠手术的患者；(2)年龄大于等于18岁；(3)ASA I-III 级；

Inclusion criteria

(1)patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery in PUMCH; (2)age≥18;（3）ASA grade I-III;

排除标准：

(1)急诊手术；(2)术后返ICU；(3)胸廓畸形、肺部超声难以评估者；(4)既往肺部手术史；(5)术前合并严重肺大泡、肺气肿等；(6)严重肝肾功能不全；(7)合并神经肌肉性疾病；(8)对罗库溴铵、舒更葡糖钠等药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Emergency operation; (2) Return to ICU after operation; (3) Thoracic deformity or other condition which is difficult to evaluate using lung ultrasound; (4) History of lung surgery; (5) Severe pulmonary bullae and emphysema before surgery; (6) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (7) Neuromuscular disease; (8) Allergic to rocuronium, Sugammadex or other drugs.
