To provide an accurate and reliable forecasting tool for clinical work, to facilitate preoperative communication, and to relieve parents postoperative follow-up period anxiety, further explore the adaptability and limitations of artificial intelligence research and application in the field of pediatric surgery, in order to provide experience for related clinical research in the field. |

纳入标准: |
于重庆医科大学附属儿童医院行行腹腔镜下肾盂输尿管成形术UPJO肾积水患儿。 |

Inclusion criteria |
Children with UPJO hydronephrosis underwent laparoscopic pyeloureteroplasty in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University. |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
排除标准: |
合并其他泌尿系畸形的患儿(神经源性膀胱、膀胱输尿管返流、下尿路梗阻、输尿管外部受压迫等所致的肾积水)。 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Exclusion criteria: |
Children with other urinary system malformations (hydronephrosis caused by neurogenic bladder, vesicoureteral reflux, lower urinary tract obstruction, external ureteral compression, etc.). |
