研究目的：

本研究拟探索经颅交流电刺激对健康受试者工作记忆和皮质兴奋性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore the effects of transcranial AC stimulation on working memory and cortical excitability in healthy subjects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁且≤35周岁，性别不限；
2.简易精神状态量表（MMSE）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评测无认知障碍；
3.GDS抑郁自评量表评测无抑郁；
4.功能活动问卷（FAQ），BADL日常生活能力量表（barthel指数）显示活动能力正常；
5.同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-35 years, gender is not limited;
2. No cognitive impairment measured by Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA);
3. GDS self-rating depression scale evaluation without depression;
4. Functional activity questionnaire (FAQ), BADL daily living ability scale (barthel index) showed normal activity;
5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.局部皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕或对电刺激过分敏感者；
2.严重的出血性疾病与凝血障碍疾病；
3.癫痫病史或癫痫发作史；一级亲属有癫痫病史；
4.胸部以上身体或头部有金属植入物（口腔科的除外），植入心脏起搏除颤器、人工耳蜗、药物泵；
5.未知原因的、对药物治疗无效的复发性头痛或服用三环类抗抑郁药，精神安定药和其他降低癫痫发作阈值的药物；
6.颅骨骨折和/或严重头部损伤；头部和/或脑部手术史；
7.影响认知功能的其它疾病或病史；
8.有严重视力或听力障碍等不能配合评估者；
9.有吸烟，酗酒史者；
10.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local skin infections, ulcers, scars or those who are overly sensitive to electrical stimulation;
2. Severe bleeding disorders and coagulation disorders;
3. History of epilepsy or seizures; first-degree relatives with history of epilepsy;
4. Metal implants on the body or head above the chest (except for stomatology), implanted with cardiac pacemaker defibrillators, cochlear implants, and drug pumps;
5. Unexplained recurrent headaches that are ineffective for drug treatment or taking tricyclic antidepressants, neuroleptics and other drugs that lower the seizure threshold;
6. Skull fracture and/or severe head injury; history of head and/or brain surgery;
7. Other diseases or medical history affecting cognitive function;
8. Those with severe visual or hearing impairment who cannot cooperate with the assessment;
9. Those with a history of smoking and alcoholism;
10. Pregnant or lactating patients.
