研究目的:

1. 通过与治疗前诊室内空气中微生物载量对比,明确超声洁治前后诊室内空气中微生物载量的变化,以及不同取样部位之间的差异; 2. 通过对比超声洁治时是否采用牙科电动抽吸机,明确牙科电动抽吸机对于减少牙周超声治疗时诊室内环境污染的作用,为口腔治疗时诊室内感染控制提供新的方法; 3. 通过对比超声洁治时是否采用新型超声工作尖,明确牙科电动抽吸机对于减少牙周超声治疗时诊室内环境污染的作用,为口腔治疗时诊室内感染控制提供新的方法; 4. 通过对比超声洁治时分别采用牙科电动抽吸机、新型超声工作尖和强吸唾管,诊室空气中微生物载量的差异,明确牙科电动抽吸机对于诊室内环境污染的控制是否具有更加显著的作用。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To investigate the aerosol and splatter contamination in different positions via bacterial load during ultrasonic scaling; 2. To evaluate the effect of an extraoral scavenging device on reducing aerosol and splatter contamination during ultrasonic scaling; 3. To evaluate the effect of an new-type scaler tip on reducing aerosol and splatter contamination during ultrasonic scaling; 4. To compare effects of the extraoral scavenging device, new-type scaler tip and high-volume suction hose on reducing aerosol and splatter contamination during ultrasonic scaling.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)牙周炎患者(有两个非邻牙的邻面位点同时符合有附着丧失、PD≥4 mm、探诊出血阳性);(2)全口超过80%的位点可见龈上菌斑,平均PLI为2-3,PD≤6 mm并且CAL≤4 mm;(3)除去智齿外至少20颗余留牙。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients having periodontitis; (2) At least 80% with supragingival plaque and average PLI 2-3, PD≤6 mm and CAL≤4 mm; (3) More than 20 teeth except for third molars.

排除标准:

(1)吸烟;(2)女性处于怀孕或哺乳期;(3)有严重的全身系统性疾病;(4)在近3个月内使用过局部或全身抗生素; (5)在近3个月内进行过龈上洁治。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Smokers; (2) Pregnant or lactating mothers; (3) Patients having systemic diseases; (4) Patients who have received any topical or systemic antimicrobial treatment in the past 3 months; (5) Patients who received supragingival scaling in the past 3 months.
