研究目的：

（1） 探索舒眠胶囊治疗失眠患者睡眠障碍的疗效及安全性。 （2） 探索舒眠胶囊治疗前后多导睡眠脑电图（Polysomnography, PSG）上监测指标的变化情况。 （3） 探索失眠患者睡眠障碍严重程度与血清脑源性神经营养因子（brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF）之间的相关性。 （4） 探索PSG监测指标与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI）、失眠严重指数量表之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the efficacy and safety of shumian capsule in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with insomnia; (2) To explore the changes of monitoring indexes on Polysomnography (PSG) before and after shumian capsule treatment; (3) To explore the correlation between the severity of sleep disorders and the serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) for insomnia. (4) To explore the correlation between PSG monitoring index and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and insomnia severity index.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）门诊或住院患者；（2）符合DSM5失眠障碍的诊断标准， PSQI总分≥8分且汉密尔顿抑郁量表（17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, HDRS）评分<17分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, HARS）评分<14分；（3）年龄18-60岁；（4）患者本人或其法律监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) outpatient or inpatient;
(2) meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia disorder for DSM5, with the total score of PSQI ≥8 and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) score <17 and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) score <14;
(3) Aged 18-60 years old;
(4) the patient himself or his legal guardian signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他精神疾病或继发性失眠患者，如在使用某种药物后或在患器质性脑病、严重的躯体疾病的基础上发生的失眠障碍；（2）妊娠期和哺乳妇女；（3）酒精和药物依赖病史及恶性肿瘤等严重疾病史；（4）严重心、肝、肾功能异常者；（5）严重实验室及辅助检查有明显异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with other mental diseases or secondary insomnia, such as insomnia disorder occurring after the use of certain drugs or on the basis of organic encephalopathy or serious physical diseases;
(2) pregnant and nursing women;
(3) history of alcohol and drug dependence and serious diseases such as malignant tumors;
(4) severe abnormal heart, liver and kidney functions;
(5) significant abnormalities in severe laboratory and auxiliary examinations.
