纳入标准：

（1） 工作环境为室外作业的电网企业人员
（2） 愿意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书
（3） 年龄≥18岁
（4） 无语言交流障碍
（5） 研究对象须有智能手机一部，能够接收短信并有使用微信的习惯

Inclusion criteria

(1) Personnel of power grid enterprises whose working environment is outdoor
(2) Willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent
(3) Age ≥18
(4) No language communication barriers
(5) Subjects must have a smart phone, able to receive short messages and have the habit of using wechat

排除标准：

（1） 工作环境为室内作业的电网企业人员
（2） 不使用智能机或没有微信的电网企业人员
（3） 不愿意参加本研究
（4） 认知功能障碍

Exclusion criteria：

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采集数据时，在微信群内提前进行提醒，并请员工讨论会的各班组负责人进行督促。收集到的问卷要当天记录，如果问卷回答有遗漏缺失请研究对象及时补齐，对于出现严重冻伤情况的研究对象要进行电话沟通，并与班组负责人进行核实，确定实际情况。每天按小时收集小程序内获取的气象数据，并及时收录储存在小程序中的问卷数据资料。 各组均使用问卷星填写问卷，不使用纸质问卷，直接转换为Excel数据库进行数据管理。

When collecting data, we should remind them in advance in the wechat group, and ask the team leaders of the staff discussion to supervise them. The collected questionnaires should be recorded on the same day. If there are omissions or omissions in the questionnaire answers, the subjects should make up for them in time. For the subjects with severe frostbite, they should communicate by phone and verify with the team leader to determine the actual situation. Collect meteorological data obtained in the mini program by hour every day, and timely collect the questionnaire data stored in the mini program. Each group used questionnaire star to fill in the questionnaire. Instead of using paper questionnaire, the questionnaire was directly converted to Excel database for data management.
