研究目的：

对比不同的支架移除策略（末次清创同时移除支架VS清创后4周内移除支架）的远期并发症和临床预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the long-term complications and clinical outcomes of different stent removal strategies (simultaneous stent removal at the last debridement vs stent removal within 4 weeks after debridement).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2012亚特兰大急性胰腺炎诊断标准中坏死性胰腺炎的诊断标准；
2.愿意遵守研究程序，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for necrotizing pancreatitis in the 2012 Atlanta diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis;
2. Willing to abide by the research procedures and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患者死亡；
2.转外科治疗；
3.失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient died;
2. Transfer to surgery;
3. Lost to follow-up.
