研究目的：

1.根据BTX皮内注射和BBL治疗玫瑰痤疮的机制，再次证实其治疗效果。 2.证实BTX皮内注射和BBL治疗玫瑰痤疮的叠加效应，抑或是机制上具有协同效应和减少副反应的可能。 3.评估BTX皮内注射和BBL治疗玫瑰痤疮的有效性和安全性，为临床治疗玫瑰痤疮相关红斑和潮红提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. According to the mechanism of BTX intradermal injection and BBL in the treatment of rosacea, the therapeutic effect was confirmed again. 2. Confirm the superimposed effect of BTX intradermal injection and BBL in the treatment of rosacea, or whether the mechanism has a synergistic effect and the possibility of reducing side effects. 3. Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of BTX intradermal injection and BBL in the treatment of rosacea, and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of rosacea-related erythema and flushing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合玫瑰痤疮诊断，以红斑和潮红为主要症状，双侧面部皮损均匀一致（FitzpatrickIII-IV 型皮肤）。

Inclusion criteria

It is in line with the diagnosis of rosacea, with erythema and flushing as the main symptoms, and the skin lesions on both sides are uniform (Fitzpatrick III-IV skin).

排除标准：

1.妊娠、哺乳期妇女及半年内有生育需求的女性；
2.合并其他皮肤疾病及全身性疾病者；
3.禁忌接受激光治疗者；
4.对BTX治疗过敏者；
5.既往发生过光敏反应者；
6.年龄＜14岁；
7.患有神经肌肉基础疾病如重症肌无力等；
8.2周内局部或全身应用过玫瑰痤疮及其他疾病治疗药物者；
9.不能按期随诊及其他原因不能与研究者配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant, breastfeeding women and women who need childbirth within six months;
2.Combined with other skin diseases and systemic diseases;
3.Contraindicated to receive laser treatment;
4.Allergic to BTX treatment;
5.Past photosensitivity reaction;
6.Aged < 14 years;
7.Suffering from neuromuscular basic diseases such as myasthenia gravis;
8.Partial or systemic application of rosacea and other disease treatment drugs within 2 weeks;
9.Inability to follow up on schedule and other reasons cannot cooperate with the investigator.
