主要目的：探讨急性创伤后早期血流动力学变化与创伤后应激障碍发病的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the relationship between early hemodynamic changes and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after acute trauma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 急性创伤后24小时内入院，且同意加入本项研究者并签署知情同意书；
2. 意识清醒，病情及生命体征平稳者；
3. 情绪稳定、配合研究，且能够有效完成问卷者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Be admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after acute trauma, and agree to join the researcher and sign the informed consent;
2. Those who are conscious, with stable condition and vital signs;
3. Those who are emotionally stable, cooperate with the research, and can effectively complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1. 严重脑器质性损伤及视物不清者；
2. 重度精神创伤史、精神疾病或精神发育迟滞者；
3. 既往存在高血压史患者；
4. 存在肝肾功能不全；
5. 存在血液系统疾病或影响红细胞血红蛋白水平疾病者；
6. 存在泌尿系统疾病以及高蛋白饮食和服用类固醇药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe brain damage and blurred vision;
2. Those with a history of severe trauma, mental illness or mental retardation;
3. Patients with a history of hypertension;
4. Liver and kidney insufficiency;
5. Those who have hematological diseases or diseases that affect the level of red blood cell hemoglobin;
6. Those with urological diseases, high-protein diets and taking steroids.
