研究目的：

主要目的：监测接受PD-1/PD-L1抗体治疗的复发、转移性鼻咽癌患者治疗前、后外周血中白介素6、8以及EBV-DNA（EB病毒）滴度的浓度变化，与患者免疫治疗疗效以及生活质量（QoL量表）之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to monitor the changes of interleukin 6, 8 and EBV-DNA titer in peripheral blood of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with PD-1 antibody before and after treatment, and the relationship between them and the efficacy of immunotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署书面知情同意书；
2.入组时年龄≥18岁；
3.病理明确诊断的复发、转移性鼻咽癌患者；
4.接受PD-1抑制剂治疗；
5.有可测量病灶，进行疗效评估；
6.患者具有较好的依从性，受试者必须愿意按照试验方案要求在研究中心完成所有访视评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign the written informed consent;
2. The age at the time of enrollment is >= 18 years old;
3. Patients with recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by pathology;
4. Receiving PD-1 inhibitor therapy;
5. If there are measurable lesions, evaluate the efficacy;
6. The patient has good compliance, and the subject must be willing to complete all visit evaluations at the research center according to the requirements of the trial protocol.

排除标准：

1.合并急性感染性疾病的患者；
2.需长期使用糖皮质激素的患者；
3.合并第二原发肿瘤的患者；
4.接受过实体器官移植或骨髓移植的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute infectious diseases;
2. Patients requiring long-term use of glucocorticoids;
3. Patients with a second primary tumor;
4. Patients who have received solid organ transplantation or bone marrow transplantation.
