研究目的：

与VCV通气模式相比，观察PCV-VG模式对单肺通气患者呼吸力学及术后肺部并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with VCV ventilation mode,to observe the effects of PCV-VG mode on respiratory mechanics and postoperative pulmonary complications in patient sundergoing one-lung ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 胸腔镜下肺叶或肺段切除术；
2) ASA I-II；
3) 年龄18-65岁；
4) BMI 19-30 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1) video-assisted thoracoscopic lung lobectomy or segmentectomy;
2) ASA physical status of 1 or 2;
3) adult aged 18 to 65 years;
4) BMI between 19 and 30 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1) 一月内有上呼吸道感染；
2) 支气管哮喘；
3) 术前2周有手术史或者机械通气史；
4) 胸廓和脊柱畸形患者；
5) 既往胸腔手术史；
6) 接受化疗、放疗、免疫支持药物或皮质类固醇的患者；
7) 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
8) 重度限制性或阻塞性通气功能障碍；
9) 严重肝肾功能不全患者；
10) 正在参与其它临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Upper respiratory tract infection in the last month;
2）Bronchial asthma;
3）A history of surgery or mechanical ventilation 2 weeks before surgery;
4）Patients with thoracic and spinal deformity;
5）Previous history of chest surgery;
6）Patients receiving chemotherapy;
7）Radiation, immunosupport drugs, or corticosteroids;
8）Pregnant or lactating women;
9）Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
10）Be participating in other clinical studies.
