研究目的：

主要目的：探索数字认知行为治疗(digital cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia, dCBT-I)与失眠患者有无失眠家族史疗效关联性，比较有无失眠家族史失眠患者数字认知行为治疗的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the relationships between efficacy of digital cognitive behavior therapy (dCBT-I) and family history of insomnia, to compare the efficacy of dCBT-I between insomnia patients with and without family history of insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁；
2.符合国际睡眠疾病分类第三版（ICSD-3)对失眠的诊断；
3.社会功能受部分影响；
4.自愿参加该研究；
5.能够有效使用智能电子产品（手机、平板等）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged over 18 years;
2. In line with the International Classification of Sleep Disorders Third Edition (ICSD-3) for the diagnosis of insomnia;
3. Social functions are partially affected;
4. Voluntarily participate in the research;
5. Ability to effectively use smart electronic products (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).

排除标准：

1.诊断其他精神疾病；
2.脑外伤伴有昏迷史、脑器质性疾病、严重躯体疾病；
3.不能有效使用智能电子产品（手机、平板等）；
4.备孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnose other mental illnesses;
2. Brain trauma accompanied by a history of coma, organic brain disease, or serious physical disease;
3. Inability to effectively use smart electronic products (mobile phones, tablets, etc.);
4. Pregnancy.
