主要目的：验证Kisspeptins-54 对孕早期先兆流产妊娠结局的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To validate the predictive value of kisspeptin-54 on pregnancy outcomes in early-stage pregnancy women with threaten-abortion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合先兆流产诊断标准；
2.妊娠5-10周，超声提示宫内单活胎；
3.此次先兆流产发生前未接受治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet diagnostic criteria of threaten-abortion;
2. Gestational age between 5 to 10 weeks;
3. Not treatment prior to threaten-abortion

排除标准：

1.异位妊娠、多胎妊娠（包括双胎）、无成活胎儿妊娠；
2.近3个月口服影响试验结果类药物，如避孕药或其他激素类药物、胰岛素增敏剂和降脂药等，尤其是降脂药物；
3.心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器存在器质性病变或严重精神异常不能配合者；
4.拒绝签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ectopic pregnancy, multiple pregnancies (included twin), no viable fetal;
2. Take medicines affecting pregnancy outcomes within 3 months; e.g. contraceptive pill, insulin sensitizers, hypolipidemic agents ;
3. Major organic diseases including heart, lung, liver, or kidney, or severe mental anomaly;
4. Reject to sign the consent .
