研究目的：

基于阴道分娩镇痛产妇吸吮负压不足、泌乳发动延迟的特点，构建干预策略，增强产妇乳房负压，促进泌乳发动，提高母乳喂养率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the characteristics of insufficient sucking negative pressure and delayed lactation initiation during vaginal labor analgesia, intervention strategies were constructed to enhance negative breast pressure, promote lactation initiation and improve breastfeeding rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）单胎足月初产妇；
（2）分娩正常足月新生儿；
（3）出生后1分钟及5分钟 Apgar评分>7分；
（4）采用分娩镇痛；
（5）术后生命体征平稳；
（6）有母乳喂养意愿者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) single term primipara;
(2) normal delivery of full-term newborns;
(3) Apgar score >7 at 1 and 5 minutes after birth;
(4) Labor analgesia;
(5) Postoperative vital signs were stable;
(6) Those who are willing to breastfeed.

排除标准：

（1）使用吸奶器开奶；
（2）有母乳喂养禁忌症；
（3）未成年母亲 (<20岁)；
（4）母亲病理性原因可能导致泌乳不足。如乳腺发育不良、乳房手术/损伤、隆胸术、甲减、垂体功能减退、多囊卵巢综合征、产后大出血等；
（5）妊娠并发症及合并症；
（6）新生儿疾病或畸形导致的吸吮异常（舌系带、唇腭裂、先天性心脏病）；
（7）母婴分离时间超过1天；
（8）非母乳喂养者以及非直接母乳喂养。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Use a breast pump to open milk;
(2) there are contraindications to breastfeeding;
(3) Underage mothers (<20 years old);
(4) Maternal pathologic reasons may lead to insufficient lactation.
Such as breast dysplasia, breast surgery/injury, breast augmentation, hypothyroidism, hypopituitary function, polycystic ovary syndrome, postpartum hemorrhage, etc.
(5) pregnancy complications and complications;
(6) Sucking abnormalities caused by neonatal diseases or malformations (lingual frenulum, cleft lip and palate, congenital heart disease);
(7) the time of mother-infant separation exceeds 1 day;
(8) Non-breastfeeding and non-direct breastfeeding.
