探讨甲状腺激素水平异常在危重症患者中的预后价值以及治疗管理。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the prognostic value and treatment management of abnormal thyroid hormone levels in critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年满18周岁；
2.近4年（2016-2020）入住本院ICU的危重症患者；
3.入ICU后至少做过一次甲状腺功能的血清检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. At least 18 years old;
2. Critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital in the past 4 years (2016-2020);
3. Serum test of thyroid function was done at least once after admission to ICU.

排除标准：

1.已知或怀疑的下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺疾病及病史（包括甲亢、甲减、甲状腺炎、甲状腺肿大、席汉综合征，不包括甲状腺结节）；
2.在转入ICU之前或测定甲状腺功能之前有甲状腺激素药物应用及影响甲状腺功能的治疗（例如甲巯咪唑，丙硫氧嘧啶，左甲状腺素钠片，碳酸锂，胺碘酮，含碘造影剂等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known or suspected hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid disease and medical history (including hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis, goiter, Sheehan syndrome, excluding thyroid nodules);
2. Thyroid hormone drug application and treatment affecting thyroid function before transfer to ICU or measurement of thyroid function (eg methimazole, propylthiouracil, levothyroxine sodium tablets, lithium carbonate, amiodarone, iodine-containing contrast agents, etc.).
