研究目的：

本研究拟前瞻性地在术前CT图像中观察标记肿瘤浸润最深处，并在手术标本中对相应区域进行染色处理，在病理大体标本及切片中着重观察，以寻找潜在的提示肿瘤分期的新的影像学征象，建立改良的影像学分期标准；并采用回顾性数据构建准确预测结肠癌患者的预后风险模式，为实现结肠癌个体化治疗奠定基础，并为卫生资源合理利用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to prospectively observe the deepest part of the marked tumor infiltration in the preoperative CT images, and stain the corresponding area in the surgical specimens, and focus on observation in the gross pathological specimens and sections, in order to find potential new indications of tumor staging. To establish an improved imaging staging standard, and use retrospective data to construct an accurate prediction of the prognostic risk model of colon cancer patients, which lays the foundation for the realization of individualized treatment of colon cancer and provides a basis for the rational use of health resources.

纳入标准：

①经组织病理学诊断为原发结肠癌；
②未行任何治疗；
③直接进行根治性切除术；
④无CT增强扫描禁忌症；
⑤复诊依从性好, 患者自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Diagnosed as primary colon cancer by histopathology;
②No treatment was given;
③Direct radical resection;
④ There is no contraindication to CT enhanced scanning;
⑤The follow-up consultation is good, and the patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并其他类型肿瘤；
②既往接受过新辅助放化疗；
③具有CT增强扫描禁忌症或CT图像扫描质量无法满足阅片要求。

Exclusion criteria：

①Combined with other types of tumors;
②Have received neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past;
③Contraindications for CT enhanced scanning or the scanning quality of CT images cannot meet the reading requirements.
