检测年龄相关性黄斑变性患者血清生物学标志物，分析其与抗VEGF药物治疗预后的相关性，为临床诊治提供新的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Serum biomarkers in patients with age-related macular degeneration were detected to analyze their correlation with the prognosis of anti-VEGF drugs, providing a new theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄≥45岁；
2)首次确诊为年龄相关性黄斑变性或息肉状脉络膜血管病变；
3)自愿接受玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物治疗（不设置药物分组）。

Inclusion criteria

1) age ≥45 years;
2) first diagnosed as age-related macular degeneration or polypoid choroidal angiopathy;
3) receive intravitreal injection of anti-vegf drugs (no drug grouping was set).

排除标准：

1)屈光介质浑浊，无法进行眼底检查；
2)既往有其他视网膜疾病史，接受过抗VEGF药物治疗、激光治疗或PDT治疗；
3)全身伴有严重的心脑血管疾病或恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) cataract or corneal opacity;
2) previous treatment with PDT or anti-vegf drugs for other retinal diseases;
3) patients with severe cardiovascular diseases or malignant tumors.
