探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑抑制衰弱与非衰弱老年患者气管插管心血管反应的95%有效剂量  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the 95% effective dose of remazolam toluenesulfonate for inhibiting cardiovascular responses to tracheal intubation in elderly patients with and without frailty

纳入标准：

? ASA Ⅰ或Ⅱ级
? 择期手术
? 年龄＞65岁
? BMI 20 ～ 25 kg /m2
? 拟行全身麻醉置入单腔气管导管手术患者
? 患者或授权人签署知情同意书
? 无高血压或高血压I级

Inclusion criteria

ASA ⅰ or ⅱ

Elective surgery

Age > 65 years

BMI 20-25 kg /m2

Patients undergoing single-chamber endotracheal catheter implantation under general anesthesia

Informed consent signed by patient or authorized person

No hypertension or grade I hypertension

排除标准：

? SBP≥160 mmHg，DBP≥110 mmHg， HR≥110 次/分
? 已知困难气道
? 严重心脑血管疾病
? 酗酒史
? 试验药物过敏史
? 神经系统疾病史或不能正常沟通

Exclusion criteria：

SBP≥160 mmHg, DBP≥110 mmHg, HR≥110 times/min

Known difficult airway

Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

History of alcoholism

History of drug allergy

History of neurological disease or inability to communicate properly

每组根据上一例患者气管插管心血管反应情况，参照 Tran 等采用的抛偏倚硬币( biased coin design，BCD) 法决定下一例瑞马唑仑剂量。若上一例患者气管插管心血管反应为阳性，下一例患者瑞马唑仑升高1个剂量梯度; 若上一例患者气管插管心血管反应为阴性，则下一例患者随机有5%的概率降低瑞马唑仑1个剂量度,有95%的概率维持上一例的剂量梯度。
